NOTE: Only operators with administrator level of that specific CCS account have the right to access and change these values.
From the Menu Bar, Select Admin -> Manage Account, then Layout Tab, then Chat Layout Tab.
Chat Layout
The background and font colour of the text in the Visitor Chat Window can be changed here.
Enter the colour code for the Dialog Background, Border, System Text, Operator Text and User Text in the appropriate textboxes accordingly.
Image Logos/ Banner/ Buttons URL
The Logo Image, Decline Button and Chat Button in the Request Chat Window can be changed here. Enter the URL of the new images if you wish to customize the images.
The Banner Image and the Send Button in the Visitor Main Chat Window can be changed here. Enter the URL of the new images if you wish to customize the images.
The recommended size for Logo Image is 40 x 40 pixels. For Banner Image is 410 x 50 pixels.

Restore Default Layout
In case you want to restore to our company default layout, click Restore Default Layout.
Caution: All the values (except No Operator Action section) will be erase and then restore to default values.
Export / Import (on CCS Layout file)
As of V5.8, you can easily backup / restore your customized CCS layout setting to / form CCS Layout file
Tips: It is good for administration or migration (from trial -> ultra) purpose.
Preview
To preview the modifications made before applying, click Preview.
Apply
To apply all the changes, click Apply.
