Lifestyle - A way of life or style of living that reflects the attitudes and values of a person or group.

lifestyle is somehow mistaken by many as the trend or "uso". I'm not saying it's wrong but I'm not also saying it's right.
lifestyle should be based on who you really are. People find ways to be different from the others.
They want to be more than just a follower of trends. They want to show who they really are. When people like the way somebody is, they tend to be like them. It is because they think it's "COOL". Think about it.. they are cool in their own way..

try to be cool by being yourself. The trend is not set by one trying to copy another but one who tries to be original. Another person may have the same name as you have but they can never be YOU

So be yourself.. set your own trend.. and be real..
there's nothing to be ashamed
for you have nothing to lose by being yourself..
